There are several ways to reach Methoni:

✈️ Fly to Kalamata
There are direct flights to Kalamata from Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Milan, Bergamo, Zurich, Paris, and London, among others. From there, it's only 55 km to Methoni.

✈️ Fly to Athens
Would you like to combine your holiday with culture and city sightseeing? Then fly to Athens and enjoy a few days in this vibrant capital or elegant Nafplion before continuing south. The "new" highway makes the journey pleasant and peaceful.

There's also a direct daily bus service from Athens to Kalamata that takes only 2.5 hours. This is the Kalamata Express (KTEL). From Kalamata, you can easily reach Hotel La Sapienza by bus or taxi.
